To make these works, I took two photographs of the same location from the same vantage point; one during the day and one at night, or one in two different seasons. I printed the photographs at the same size, and cut each into strips. Then, I wove the strips together to create one view of the same place at multiple times. When the subject is a landscape, the work explores the passage of time. For the woven photographs with people, the work focuses on family resemblance and genetic similarity.
